Council of Community  Clinics – Assists its 17-member community clinics provide care to 1 in 6 San Diegans. The County of San Diego does not operate a public hospital or public clinics, therefore the private, nonprofit community clinics and health centers are the safety net for primary care services for San Diego’s low-income and uninsured.

Neighborhood Healthcare – Has 11 health centers throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties. The Mission has remained the same over the years to provide quality health care and promote wellness to everyone in our communities, focusing on those who need the most.

North County Health Services – For more than 30 years North County Health Services has provided primary health care services to a needy population in north San Diego County. Today, with nine centers, ten WIC offices, 2 mobile clinics, 2 HIV/AIDS Community Case Management offices, and 3 Dental offices, North County Health Services is needed more than ever

Operation Samahan – Provides primary health care and social services to low-income uninsured and underserved families and individuals in the diverse communities of San Diego County.

Reach Out San Diego – A community service referral program primarily serving uninsured/under-insured San Diego County residents with a medical need. All County residents with a medical need and no health insurance should call Reach Out.

Say San Diego – Dedicated to supporting the positive development of young people, their families and communities in San Diego County. Services include: Health promotions, Mental health assistance and a variety of other programs.

San Diego American Indian Health Center – Provides services to Native Americans living in the San Diego area. The Center’s services have been expanded to cover all people in need who qualify for government assistance while maintaining a focus on the Native American population.

San Ysidro Health Center (SYHC) – Providing quality, low cost, primary health care services to South Bay residence since 1969. Offers an extensive array of family-oriented primary health care services.
